Berberis (Berberis Atropurpurea)

Berberis is colourful, hardy, thorny hedge making it very suitable for perimeter hedging. Small flowers appearing in spring, dark berries in autumn is a good choice for a low landscape privacy hedge. Will thrive in full sun and well drained soil.
