At Hedging.ie, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and rooted in quality. Our policies are designed to ensure you get the best plants delivered straight to your gate without any hidden fees or complicated paperwork.

Delivery Information

We take pride in handling our own logistics to ensure your hedging arrives in peak condition.

  • Free Delivery: We offer 100% free delivery on all orders across the regions we serve. There are no minimum spend requirements or surprise shipping fees at checkout.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Once you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time that suits your schedule.

  • Handling: Our plants are loaded and unloaded with care by experts who understand how to handle live stock, ensuring they are ready for planting the moment they arrive.

Payment Terms

To give you total peace of mind, we operate on a Payment on Delivery basis.

  • Inspect Before You Pay: You don’t pay a cent until our truck arrives at your property. This allows you to inspect the quality of the plants and ensure they meet your expectations before finalizing the transaction.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash or card payments on-site at the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Because we deal with living specimens and provide the opportunity for inspection at the time of delivery, we maintain a strict returns policy:

  • No Returns Accepted: Once the delivery is accepted and payment is processed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Why? Live plants are highly perishable. Once they leave our controlled environment and are handled by the customer, we can no longer guarantee their health or viability for resale.

  • Your Guarantee: This is why we insist on payment only after you have seen the plants. If you are not happy with the quality of the hedging upon arrival, you are under no obligation to accept the delivery or complete the payment.

Note: We recommend having your trenches dug or your planting area prepared prior to delivery to ensure your new hedging is in the ground as soon as possible for the best results.
