Laburnum (“Vosii”)
Laburnum Tree is a spreading tree with fine, dark green foliage, cut into oval leaves. The Laburnum is most celebrated for its magnificent golden-yellow flowers. In late spring and early summer, it is smothered with pea-like chains of flowers, often up to 60cm (24in) long, followed by a light crop of poisonous seeds. It is normally used as a specimen tree specimen tree in a large or small garden. Height 16-18 ft and spread 15 ft after 15 years.
